Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State- respondents and perused the record. 2. This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Ranjeet Singh Chauhan seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.01 of 2024, under Sections 307, 341 of I.P.C. and Section 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Sikandra, District- Agra. 3. As per prosecution story, on 01.01.2024 at 9.00 p.m. when the sons of complainant, namely, Sachin and Praveen were returning from Kargil after having dinner, then Ranjeet Singh Chauhan and Sonu stopped his son Sachin at Karkunj crossroads and shot him. When his other elder son Praveen saw them, he tried to catch them, but he was also shot and there were two more boys with them.
