By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 210 of 2023 at Police Station- Paniyara, District-Maharajganj under Section 302, 147, 323, 201 IPC. The applicant is in jail since 11.06.2023. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the learned trial court on 27.06.2023. The following arguments made by Akash Kumar Verma, learned counsel on behalf of the applicant, which could not be satisfactorily refuted by Shri Suchit Tandon, learned AGA from the record, entitle the applicant for grant of bail: 1. The applicant was nominated in the FIR on the basis of suspicion and at the instigation of inimical parties in the village. 2. No specific role of inflicting fatal injury to the deceased has been attributed to the applicant. 3. The applicant is a law abiding citizen who cooperated with th
