This bail application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicant seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No.423 of 2017, u/s 302, 323 IPC, P.S. Harraiya, District Basti. 3. This is a second bail application. The first bail application on behalf of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 18.1.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.50710 of 2017. 4. Even previously on 19.11.2022 there was no appearance on behalf of the applicant and following order was passed by this Court:- "List revised.
