The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Dheeraj Kumar Bind with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 0098 of 2024, under Sections 377 IPC and 5M/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Mirzamurad, District- Varanasi, during pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is named in the first information report. As per the first information report, the applicant has committed unnatural sex with both the victims having the age of 6 years. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. Charge- sheet has already been submitted in this case. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has drawn the attention of the Court
