Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty Act, Police Station Bhatni, District Deoria, during pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has not committed any offence of Cow Slaughter Act. The applicant is registered owner of the vehicle U.P.52AT9157. No any beef was recovered from the possession of the applicant. He further submitted that this is matter of transportation of the animal only.
