The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Dheerendra Alias Dheeru with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.146 of 2025, under Section 3(1) U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Shreenagar, District- Mahoba, during pendency of trial. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in three criminal cases in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned. Apart from these cases, the applicant has criminal history of three more cases explained in bail application in which he has also been enlarged on bail. He has falsely been implicated in the present case due to police rivalry. The
