This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant Avsab seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.53 of 2025, under Section 303(2) B.N.S. and Section 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Police Station Manjhanpur, District Kaushambi. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 19.7.2025. It is submitted that initially the First Information Report was registered in unknown. It has been stated in the FIR that head, leg, skin and bone of cow was recovered from a field near Sasur Khaderi river meaning thereby cow has been slaughtered.
