As per prosecution story, on 06.07.2025 at 8:00 p.m., applicant along with other co-accused persons called the daughter of the informant for the purpose of doing black magic from his house. The applicant and other family members are said to have been throttled her thereby caused her death and left the dead body near the temple. 5.
