Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 367/2024, under Sections 103(1), 238(A) of BNS, P.S.- Shivli, District- Kanpur Dehat, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, applicant along with co-accused persons is stated to have been taken away the son of the informant to their house and committed his gruesome murder by bricks and iron rod and threw his dead body in the agriculture field of Ramjeevan s/o Binda in Village- Pakra. The said fact came to the knowledge to the informant in the next morning as such FIR was instituted. 5.
