Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 117/2025, under Sections 85, 80(2), 115(2), 103(1) B.N.S. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Moosajhag, District- Budaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is true that several injuries were present on the body of deceased and the deceased has expired in the house of the her husband. There are general and vague allegations against the applicant. The applicant has nothing to do with the said offence. There is a certificate filed as Annexure-6 of the Gram Pradhan which indicates that the applicant used to reside separate from the deceased and her husband. There is no criminal
