Heard Sri Rajiv Lochan Shukla, Advocate and Sri Amitrana, learned counsels for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 49/2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) B.N.S. and Section 4/25 Arms Act, P.S.- Kotwali City, District- Bijnor with the prayer to enlarge him on bail, during pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the informant along with her mother-in-law and her husband Vijaipal Singh were busy in reaping the sugarcane crop in their agricultural field on 21.01.2025 at about 3:00 p.m. when the applicant along with co-accused Dalchand came there armed with sharp edged weapons i.e. knife and pathal and thereby inflicted fatal injuries to the husband of the informant causing his death. 5. The FIR is delayed by about four and half hours
