Applicant seeks bail in FIR/Case Crime No.109 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station Mainather, District Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant is not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The person who had enticed away the daughter of the informant is Kehar Singh. The name of the applicant has come up in the statement of the said arrested co-accused person Kehar Singh, which has no evidentiary value in the eyes of law. 5.
