Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.126 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5), 115(2), 351(2) B.N.S. and 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station C.B. Ganj, District Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant and other co-accused persons are stated to have intercepted the informant and his father on 14.03.2025 at about 9:30 p.m., whereby the co-accused person Najim had assaulted the father of the informant with knife and Munajir had hit him with a sickle, thereby injuring him grievously. The father of the informant was rushed to hospital where he was declared as brought dead. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The
