This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant Ajay Pal, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 43 of 2025, under Sections 70(1), 115(2), 352, 351(3) BNS, registered at Police Station Marka, District Banda. 4. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 14.04.2025 by the victim against the applicant and Sanjay alleging therein that on 13.04.2025 at about 07:00 pm she was going to ease herself in the field wherein the accused persons met her and enraged her modesty.
