The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Arti for the offence punishable under Sections 21/22 of N.D.P.S. Act, 1985 in Case Crime No.565 of 2024, Police Station- Goverdhan, District- Mathura. 3. Learned counsel appears on behalf of applicant and submits that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case, who has been arrested with 226 gram of alprazolam while she was apprehended in the Radhakund by-pass by the police on the basis of tip off.
