Act, 1985 in Case Crime No.565 of 2024, Police Station- Goverdhan, District- Mathura. 3. Learned counsel appears on behalf of applicant and submits that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case, who has been arrested with 226 gram of alprazolam while she was apprehended in the Radhakund by-pass by the police on the basis of tip off. The arrest and recovery of the accused has not been made in the presence of independent witness. The criminal history of ten cases has already been explained.
