This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant Pintu Diwakar, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 174 of 2025, under Sections 64(2)(m), 127(2), 351(3) BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Dataganj, District Badaun. 4. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 21.05.2025 by the victim against the applicant on the basis of an application moved under Secton 173(4) BNSS read with Section 174(3) BNSS alleging therein that she is working as an Assistant in Block Dataganj where the applicant worked as contractor.
