Heard Sri Pradeep Kumar Pal, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.78 of 2025, under Sections 85, 80(2), 103(1), 61(2)A B.N.S. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station-Sarai Akil, District-Kaushambi, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. Applicant has nothing to do with the said offence as he was in Delhi attending his job which is evident from the documents filed as Annexure No.7 to the affidavit whereby trip sheet of the bank concerned indicates that applicant was on Branch Chattarpur, Delhi at the relevant point of time. Learned counsel has further stated that FIR is delayed by about 6 hours and there is no explanation to the said delay cause
