Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.245 of 2025, under Sections 103(2), 109(1), 191(3), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Bairiya, District Ballia, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, applicant alongwith six other named accused persons and 4-5 unknown persons are stated to have assaulted Golu Yadav, Grahan Yadav and Chandan Yadav and caused stab wounds to them, whereby caused the death of Golu Yadav instantaneously and the other two persons were injured grievously on 27.06.2025 at about 1:00 a.m. 5.
