As per prosecution story, the applicant along with other co-accused person, Suresh Harijan are stated to have assaulted the brother of the informant on 04.06.2025 at about 10:45 PM, thereby causing his death by stab wounds instantaneously. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case.
