This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., 2023 has been filed by the applicant- Ramsingh Raikwar, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 635 of 2025, under Sections 333, 115(2), 70(1), 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station Kotwali Lalitpur, District Lalitpur. 4. The first information report of the present matter was lodged on 03.06.2025 by the victim against the applicant and Preetam alleging therein that Preetam and her husband used to work together due to which he used to visit her house often. Around four months back at about 8 am Preetam came to her house searching her husband on which she told him that he has gone out for work and since had to go to a distant place he went early. He
