This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant Imran, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 46 of 2025, under Sections 87, 64 BNS and Section 3/4 of the U.P. Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021, registered at Police Station Vijay Nagar, District Ghaziabad. 4. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 24.01.2025 by Hirdesh Kumar against the applicant alleging therein that he is married to the victim on 04.12.2023. In the night on 09.01.2025 his wife went away from the house of which he got a missing report was lodged on 09.01.2025. He was searching his wife and has come to know that Imran has lured and enticed her away.
