This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant- Rohit Bind, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 147 of 2023, under Sections 376D, 506, 323 I.P.C. registered at P.S. Jigna, District- Mirzapur. 4. The F.I.R. of the matter was lodged on 16.10.2023 by Smt. Sita Devi against Mangla Prasad alleging therein that on 16.10.2023 her daughter aged about 19 years told her that on 12.10.2023 at about 11:00 p.m. she was taken by Mangala Prasad to a secluded place and he committed rape upon her and threatened her not to disclose it to anyone else he would murder her and her family members.
