This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Mukul Sharma seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.10 of 2025, under Section 109(1) B.N.S. and Section 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Ramnagar, District- Varanasi. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 8.1.2025. It is submitted that this is a case of injury case in which no police personnel has sustained any kind of injuries. It is further submitted that the applicant himself had not sustained any injury by the firing of the police personnel.
