The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Amit with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 497 of 2025, under Sections 2/3 U.P. Gangster and Anti- Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Sardhana, District- Meerut, during pendency of trial. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in only one criminal case in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned. Apart from the one case, the applicant has criminal history of three more cases explained in bail application in which he has also been enlarged on bail.
