Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.253 of 2025, under Sections 103, 238, 61(2), 315 B.N.S., Police Station-Tamkuhiraj, District Kushi Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. Applicant is not named in the FIR and she has nothing to do with the said offence. It is further argued that strangely the very same informant who had instituted the FIR has subsequently added the name of the applicant in his statement recorded under Section 180 BNSS which itself indicates that it is a clear cut case of false implication. 5.
