The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 107 of 2025, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, police station Shahpur, district Muzaffar Nagar during the pendency of trial. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart, the applicant is said to have involved in 03 criminal cases, in which he has already been enlarged on bail, copies of bail orders have been brought on record as Annexure No. 4 to the bail application. Apart from the 03 cases shown in the gang chart, the applicant has been implicated in 02 more cases also, in which he has been granted bail, copies of the bail orders are annexed as Annexure No. 5
