The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 33 of 2025, under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, police station Jansa, district Varanasi during the pendency of trial. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart, the applicant is said to have involved in 04 criminal cases, in which he has already been enlarged on bail, copies of bail orders have been brought on record as Annexure Nos. 3 to 6 to the bail application. Apart from the 04 cases shown in the gang chart, the applicant has been implicated in 02 more cases also, in which he has been granted bail, copies o
