Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.84 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5), 191(2), 191(3), 190 B.N.S., Police Station- Charkhari, District- Mahoba, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Dileep Rajpoot has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 7.8.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.22144 of 2025. The applicant is languishing in jail since 15.5.2025, having no previous criminal history. There is a criminal history of one case assigned to the applicant, which was instituted after the arrest in the instant case under 25 of Arms Act and he has been enlarged
