The applicant alongwith other accused persons is stated to have assaulted the husband and son of the informant on 19.1.2025 at about 08:00 p.m., whereby the injured persons were rushed to local hospital by ambulance and the husband of the informant was declared dead there and her son was referred to Hallet Hospital, Kanpur Nagar, whereby he was admitted and being treated. 5.
