Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, police station Raya, district Mathura during the pendency of trial. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart, the applicant is said to have involved in 02 criminal cases, in which he has already been enlarged on bail, copies of bail orders have been brought on record as Annexure Nos. 3 and 4 to the bail application.
