Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, police station Barla, district Aligarh, during the pendency of trial. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicants that according to the gang chart, the applicants are said to have involved in one criminal case, in which they have already been enlarged on bail, copies of bail orders have been brought on record as Annexure No. 3 to the affidavit filed in support of the bail application.
