As per prosecution story, the applicant and the co-accused person Tayyeb, Babu and Smaryab armed with country made pistol and four other co-accused persons armed with Lathi, Danda and other weapons are stated to have assaulted the informant and other family member causing injuries to 5 persons in all and thereby committing murder of one of them on 28.02.2025 at about 09:00 PM. 5.
