Heard Sri Yogesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant, Ms. Ifra Islam, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.54 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) B.N.S. and 4/25 Arms Act Act, Police Station Lisadi Gate, District Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant and other two accused persons are stated to have taken away the 17 years nephew of the informant on 26.01.2025 at about 03:00 PM from the neighborhood of the informant. Subsequently the informant was informed by a neighbor, namely, Bhura that the applicant and other co-accused persons have slaughtered the informant's nephew. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about three hours and there is no ex
