This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed by the applicant Dhanpal, seeking release on bail in connection with Case Crime No. 67 of 2025, under Sections 69, 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2) BNS, registered at P.S. Nagla Singhi, District Agra. 4. Learned counsel for State points that as per his instructions, apart from seven cases mentioned in para 15 of the affidavit as his criminal history, the applicant is reported to be involved in four other cases which has not been disclosed and explained and thus there is a concealment of other criminal cases.
