The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.330 of 2024, under Section 3(1), 2(b)(i) of U.P. Gangster and Anti- Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Ghughuli, District Maharajganj during the pendency of trial. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart, the applicant is said to have been involved in four criminal cases, in which he has already been enlarged on bail, copies of bail orders has been brought on record as Annexure No.3 to the bail application. He further submits that the applicant has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. He is not a member of any gang.
