The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 255 of 2025, under Sections 109, 352, 351(3), 317(3), 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Cantt, District Gorakhpur, during the pendency of trial. 3. In short compass, the facts of the case are that in the night intervening 27/28 of April, 2024 an incident took place in which a woman was robbed by an auto driver and his accomplice. On 20.04.2025, the informer has informed to police that the person, who robbed the woman, is resident of Paniyara, district Maharajganj and his name is Ganesh, who is accompanied by Kallu and Mohammad Hussain.
