This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Om Prakash, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 0345 of 2023, under Sections 302, 420, 201, 475, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station Rehra, District Amroha. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 11.05.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is not named in the F.I.R. and similarly circumstanced co-accused Prem Shankar has already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 08.08.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 27434 of 2025, hence the appli
