The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.689 of 2022, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangster and Anti- Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, police station Pilkhuwa, district Hapur during the pendency of trial. 3. On the matter being taken up, learned AGA upon instructions pointed out that apart from one case shown against the applicant in the gang chart, he has criminal history seven other cases, which are mentioned in paragraph no.9 of the affidavit. Though in paragraph no.9, it is mentioned that the copies of all the bail orders are being collectively filed as Annexure No.4 but the applicant has filed bail orders of only three cases and has also not disclosed the present status of
