This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant Arman Ali, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 055 of 2025, under Sections 69, 64(1), 351(2) BNS, registered at Police Station Milak Khanam, District Rampur. 4. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 05.06.2025 by the victim against the applicant alleging therein that since last five years, the applicant on a false promise to marry established physical relationship with her. He used to assure for marriage. Later on her parents got her married somewhere else after which the applicant sent an audio click to her husband who then gave her Talaaq.
