Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 79 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 118(1), 103(2), 125, 352, 351(3), 117(2) of BNS and Section 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Jalalpur, District Jaunpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant along with seven other co-accused persons are stated to have come to the house of the informant and had assaulted him along with three other members of the family causing grievous injuries to all of them on 13.03.2025 at about 9 p.m. 5.
