Heard Sri Abhishek Dwivedi, holding brief of Sri Pramod Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Ajay Kumar Pathak, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned State Law Officer and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 07 of 2025, under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 109(1), 103(1) of B.N.S., Police Station Hathras Gate, District Hathras, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Manoj Kumar, has already been enlarged on bail by the same Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.08.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 27418 of 2025. It is further submitted that since the case of the applicant is at par to the co-accused, who has already been enlarged on bail, he is also entitled to be enlarged on bail
