Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, police station Bhadohi, district Sant Ravidas Nagar (Bhadohi) during the pendency of trial. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart, the applicant is said to have involved in 01 criminal case, in which he has already been granted interim anticipatory bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.11.2024 passed in Criminal Misc.
