This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., 2023 has been filed by the applicant- Mukesh, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 195 of 2025, under Sections 64, 333, 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station Harduaganj, District Aligarh. 4. The first information report of the present matter was lodged on 29.05.2025 by the victim against the applicant alleging therein that the applicant is a cook by profession and a known person to her. He was pressurizing her to meet him since long. On 22.05.2025 at about 10 pm he jumped inside her house and committed rape upon her.
