Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, police station Tronika City, district Ghaziabad during the pendency of trial. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart, the applicant is said to have involved in 10 criminal cases, in which he has already been enlarged on bail, copies of bail orders have been brought on record as Annexure No. 3 to the affidavit filed in support of the bail application and Annexure No. 1 to the supplementary affidavit dated 10.08.2025.
