This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Saddam @ Sufiyan, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 145 of 2025, under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 190, 103 (1) BNS, Police Station- Modinagar, District Ghaziabad. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 16.05.2025. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused, Jubair has already been enlarged on bail of by coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 19.08.2025, passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 276
