The FIR of the matter was lodged on 20.06.2025 by Lal Mohammad against the applicant alleging therein that on 07.06.2025 at about 02:00 am Deepak Gupta (the present applicant) lured and enticed away his daughter aged about 19 years on a false promise to marry.
