Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Paterhva, District Kushi Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 3-It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that on the basis of one criminal case being Case Crime No. 68 of 2022, under Sections 3/5A/8/5B of Cow Slaughter Act, Section 11 of Animal Cruelty Act, Police Station Patharwa, District Kushinagar, an F.I.R. under Section 3(1) U.P.
