Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.084 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station-Karimuddinpur, District Ghazipur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR has been instituted against the applicant and other co-accused persons on the basis of suspicion only. The FIR itself is delayed by about a day and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. Subsequently the statement of two neighbours have been recorded who have stated that applicant and other co-accused persons were seen in the CCTV Footage.
