This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant Munavvar Hasan, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.209 of 2025, under Section 8/21/29 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Gangoh, District Saharanpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity with the police personnel. In the first information report, the applicant is named alongwith three other accused Sadik, Sameer and Asif. As per the first information report, applicant is arrested on the spot alongwith other co-accused and 20 grams smack was recovered from the possession of the applicant, which is too much below the commercial quantity.
