This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., 2023 has been filed by the applicant- Ishar, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 218 of 2025, under Sections 333, 64(1), 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station Bilsi, District Badaun. 4. The first information report of the present matter was lodged on 16.06.2025 by the victim against the applicant alleging therein that she is married to Dori Lal 15 years ago. While travelling on a tempo she met the applicant who used to talk to her on her mobile. On 22.04.2025 in the absence of her husband he came to her house and committed rape upon her.
